Because the standard compensation is less than the real financial loss, the customer can take into account additional insurance. 

This may be arranged for each transport in part, basis the AWB, if the airline is offering this additional service, or through separate transportation insurance. 

Conditions: 

• offer is valid only for air transport

• insurance policies are issued by Lloyd’s house of insurance

• supplementary insurance is intended for all transports with values of maximum 20,000 USD (values of goods + transport)

• required information: the date the goods are prepared for taking, pickup and delivery address, customs classification of goods dimensions, weights, declared value of goods.
